The implementation of SCR 「重要控制人登記冊」的實施

To prepare companies for the implementation of the new requirements on the keeping of SCR, the Registry issued External Circular No. 2-2018 and letters with information pamphlets to all local companies registered with the Companies Registry on 27 January 2018 and February 2018 respectively.

公司註冊處己向所有於處註冊的本地公司，分別於2018年1月27日及2月中發出對外通告及附資料小 冊子的信函，通知公司有關備存；「重要控制人登記冊」新規定的實施。
